Bill the way the work actually goes.
QuoteForges runs on Stripe Connect. You connect your own Stripe account during onboarding (about five minutes), and every dollar a customer pays — deposit on a quote, balance on an invoice — flows directly to your bank, minus Stripe’s standard processing fees. We don’t take a cut of any transaction.
The invoice side does more than collect a single payment. Bill in stages with partial / progress payments. Set invoices to repeat on a schedule for retainers and service work. Hand a clean PDF to anyone who needs one — a client who wants paper, a permit office, an accountant at tax time.

On any job, invite electricians, plumbers, framers, and other subs to submit a bid through a tokenized portal link. No account, no app, no chasing. Each bid lands on the job side by side. Accept the ones you want and click “Compile to client quote” to roll them into a single client quote with your markup applied on top.
The master record stays with you — every sub’s COI, license, and W-9 on file with expiration dates tracked. A status badge on each sub right on the job page tells you at a glance whether anyone’s docs are about to lapse. Insurance audits and permit inspections stop being a panic.
